Resend Policy

At TrendyLifted, we understand that sometimes issues with orders can occur. We offer resends under the following conditions:

Orders Delayed:
- If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date due to reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a resend of the product.
- Exclusions: Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other force majeure events are not eligible for resends.

Orders Not Received:
- If your order has not been received within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and may resend the product.
- Exclusions: Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for a resend unless proof of non-delivery is provided.

Products Damaged:
- If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Upon verification, we will resend the product.

Incorrect or Missing Products:
- If you receive the wrong product or your order is missing items, notify us within 14 days. We will resend the correct items.
Important Notes:
- Dispute Submission Deadline: All resend requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Force Majeure: Resends are not provided for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or geopolitical events.
