At Trendlifted, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for eligible products under the conditions outlined below. Please read our policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product Condition: Only items in new, unused condition and in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Restocking Fee: A 2% restocking fee applies to all returns, except in cases where items were received damaged or incorrect.

Excluded Items

  • Final Sale: Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, services, or items marked as "non-returnable" are not eligible for refunds.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Contact support@trendlifted.com to initiate a return. Include the reason for your return and any supporting photos or videos.
  2. Authorization & Shipping: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Return Label: Trendlifted does not provide return labels. Use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
  3. Inspection & Refund: After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Reporting: For items damaged or incorrect upon arrival, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Upon verification, we’ll issue a refund, store credit, or replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

  • Policy: We do not accept exchanges. Customers are encouraged to return the item for a refund and place a new order if needed.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, check with your bank or card provider. Contact us if the issue persists.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled before processing begins. A 15% cancellation fee applies to cover restocking and transaction fees. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
