At TrendyLifted, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Orders Delayed:
- If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date due to reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Exclusions: Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other force majeure events are not eligible for refunds.

Orders Not Received:
- If your order has not been received within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and may issue a refund.
- Exclusions: Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for a refund unless proof of non-delivery is provided.

Products Damaged:
- If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Upon verification, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Incorrect or Missing Products:
- If you receive the wrong product or your order is missing items, notify us within 14 days. We will issue a refund for the missing products.

Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
Important Notes:
- Dispute Submission Deadline: All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Force Majeure: Refunds are not provided for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or geopolitical events.
