My family loves fries and chicken fingers, so we bought this and want to try to do by ourselves. The quality of stainless steel pot is good, and I like the size that is perfect to use and store. We also plan to cook noodles with it when we travel.

Because of its narrow size, it is perfect for frying small amounts of food. Don’t have to add too much oil.

This is one of my favorite cooking item. I don’t fry much, but once in a while I like to have some fried plantains. This pot was perfect. And there was NO mess on the stove from oil splashing. I LOVE THIS AND RECOMMEND IT.♥️♥️♥️

We're loving this new rice cooker and have begun experimenting with the different grains we can cook. It has a built-in scale for just dumping into the pot in grams (helpful if you recipes are in grams. . . little tricky if they aren't. Sadly, didn't come with a standard rice measure (which isn't the same as a standard measuring cup. . . so that's odd). It also didn't include a rice "paddle" which a rice cooker usually comes with (especially to protect that gorgeous non-stick pot interior).After filling with rice and adding water to the container (can fill in the sink and then place, or top fill after placing it on the machine). You just scroll through the touch-screen options and select grain or bean type, rinse or unrinsed, then select cook style (firmness - regular, soft, or hard) and then start! It has great delay features for planning ahead or setting ahead, without it getting soggy in the water (because it adds the specific amount of water when needed, based on the measure). Takes a lot of guesswork out of cooking grains and beans! Flashy and fun to use. Capacity is a little less than our similar-sized rice cooker, taking up a fair bit of counter space, but only cooking 8 cups. If using broth, you have to add it to the pot, as the tank can only be filled with water. We tried quinoa and rice so far, and both turned out perfect. Recipes in the booklet included look fun to try, but haven't gotten to any of those yet.Cleaning is our biggest complaint, even thought they've worked hard to make some things easier (the top plate pops off with a button press and can be washed separately), but there are more parts to clean than our standard rice cooker. The screen and upper edge can collect debris and the water tank needs to be cleaned too.While the experience is probably a five-star one, the machine is missing some extras (rice spatula, measure cup, etc.) and in the end, it is a VERY pricey machine. If you only cook rice and always do it the same, basic way, a simple rice cooker would do this trick. If you plan/cook ahead and are often out and about before meals, this could be a great tool and assistant for cooking lots of grains and ensuring they turn out well.

I got this for rice, but so far am using it for breakfast cooking steel cut oats. KitchenAid has made this very easy to use. First you fill up the water reservoir . Then turn on the machine after removing the steaming basket. You select from the touchscreen the grain or rice you are cooking. This will let you zero out the scale. In the case of steel cut oats, you have to cook a minimum of 0.5 cup of oats. So long as you know you poured that amount in, you can pour as much as you want. Then you follow the prompts with how you want the texture, thickness level. At this point you can decide the time you want it to cook, up to 24 hours later, or turn it on. It took 15 minutes to get the thicker steel cut oats we like. We use a 7 minute whole grain steel cut oat. It also takes longer than 7 minutes on the stovetop.The cleaning is just as easy. The machine uses the water tank to steam clean the bowl. Once it cools, the pot was just rinse and dry.This can steam vegetables in the steaming basket, it can soak and cook beans, as well as other grains and rices. I wish this wasn’t quite so large, but it is worth it to keep on my counter to make cooking easier.

I have owned various rice cookers from all major rice cooker brands throughout the past 3 decades. This cooker has one big advantage over all other rice cookers and that is the convenience of the automatic water dispenser. That is, there is no need to measure the amount of water you would need specific amount of rice or grains you want to cook. This cooker even has settings to accommodate the amount of water based on dry or rinsed grain which is absolutely necessary yet very clever. On my first run, I did not select the rinsed option and began the cooking operation after rinsing the rice and the rice was too soft/ slightly runny. I cooked it again after rinsing short grain rice and set the settings to rinsed and firm and I got the firm rice. The touch pad works well and it's user intuitive. One thing I really like is that the steam flow is not obnoxious; it comes out mild. The cooking operation is very quiet and the cooker looks different than traditional round rice cookers.Now here are some things I found that were not so great...The keep warm maxes out at 6 hours. This means you have to manually set the keep warm again if you have left overs. If you are used to the other rice cookers, usually you can keep rice warm for days and the freshness is retained well. This one you have 6 hours to eat it or keep setting it to warm for the next 6 hours. I guess this cooker is good if you are eating all the cooked rice at one sitting. Another slight annoyance I found is that there is no water drainage. That is, if you open the rice cooker after rice had been sitting there for hours, the inner lid will form some moisture and when the lid is open all the way, the moisture will run down. You have to wipe that moisture down manually as there is no drain for the moisture to run off.The rice cooker looks good, cooks tasty rice, and has easy touch pad operation. For those who eat rice/grains occasionally, this rice cooker will work wonders. There is no need to measure out the amount of water and there is no need to reference a manual after some time off. It's that easy. However, for those who eat rice on a daily basis and cook a lot at a time and want the convenience of warm rice for days, this may not be the best option.

This simple toilet brush looks so cute in my bathroom and is not an eye sore like most! I would give it 5 stars but the curved handle of the brush is somewhat awkward for me to clean the toilet with, not a big deal though and I’m willing to sacrifice a little bit of functionality for design.
